He is survived by: his children, Dean Stillinger, Pamela "Kitty" Maner and Brian Stillinger (Tiffany); and his siblings, Charles Stillinger (Dot), W. D. Stillinger, Edward Stillinger, Wesley Stillinger, Maggie Lee Dreher, Evelyn Shull, Thelma Hoffman, Eloise Hall, Ruth McGee and Sara Cooley. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
