She was predeceased by: her parents, John Edward Gardner and Susan Jewell Watson Gardner; her husband Joel Clifton Turner; her daughter Cathy Lynn Turner; and her brother William "Bill".
She is survived by: her son Joel Edward "Eddie" Turner (Rebecca) of West Columbia, SC; her grandchildren, Lisa Turner Phillips of West Columbia, SC, Christy Hannon (Mike) of Gilbert, SC, Casey Beach (Daniel) of Green Pond, SC, Hannah Wagster (Brandon) of Williamsburg, VA, Benjamin Mertz (Katie) of West Columbia, SC and Noah Phillips of West Columbia, SC; her great grandchildren, Abigail Beach, Madison Hannon, John Hannon, Andrew Beach, Luke Beach, Callie-Anne Mertz, Lily Wagster and Cooper Mertz; her niece Tracy Chapiesky; and her nephew Mark Gardner. She is also survived by friends, and animals.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Shiloh United Methodist Church (546 Gardners Terrace Rd, West Columbia, SC 29172).
