He is survived by: his wife Hazella Dozier Starkes; his daughter Shadonna Starkes-Clemons (Donte); his siblings, Malissa Starkes McNairy (late Emmitt) and Joseph Starkes; his grandsons, Deaunte'Clemons and Nicholas Starkes; his great grandchild Bella Clemons; and his grandson Amir Hill-Knight. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
