She was predeceased by: her husband David A. Perkins, Sr.; her parents, Claude Stanage and Myrtle Shealy; and her sister Sharon Inman. She is survived by: her son David A. Perkins, Jr. (Celeste); her granddaughters, Chloe Morton (Aldric), Sophia Whitaker (Andrew) and Phoebe Perkins; and her great grandchildren, Skylar and Myles Morton.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Children's Ministry at Grace Baptist Church or Grace Christian School and Daycare.
