He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Janice Miley. He is survived by: his friend Carol; his wife Carol Middaugh; his daughters, Wendy Listebarger (Steven Cole) and Kelly Patino (Sam); his grandchildren, Ryan Listebarger (Laura), Jessica Kohler (Shawn), Logan Patino and McCoy Patino; and his great grandchildren, Connor, Jayden Slay and Chase Kohler. He is also survived by 1 brother; 3 sisters.
