With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Emily Mae Horton (Wellford, South Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 14, 2024 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Emily Mae Horton to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her mother Lula Mae Huntey; her stepfather David Huntley; her father William Guy Ezell; and her brothers, Eugene Ezell, David Huntley and Mark Huntley.
She is survived by: her sons, Randy Horton (Sam) of Clayton, NC and Bradley Horton (Tracie) of Summerville, SC; her grandchildren, Kyle Horton (Sarah) of Smithfield, NC, Kori Horton of Four Oaks, NC, Taylor McLean (Samuel) of Sumter, SC, Hannah Pendegrass (Tres), Charleston, Zachary Horton, Ashton, Lorelei, Brody, Annabeth, Sadie, Lincoln and Matthew; and her sister Kathleen Cheek of Dallas, NC. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Jackson Baptist Church (2668 John Dodd Rd, Wellford, SC 29385).
