He is survived by: his children, Jordan (Britney Smith), Dillon (Hannah Smith), Gage (Courtney Smith) and Leah Rice; his grandchildren, Rhett Smith, Bladely Smith, Remi Smith, Rae Smith, Blayne Smith and Bristol Smith; and his sisters, Danyelle Smith and Judy Smith.
