It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobbie J McClintock of Wellford, South Carolina, who passed away on February 10, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Bobbie departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Bobbie may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Bobbie leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parent Jessie Ruth McClintock; her son Anthony McClintock; her brother Robert Lee McClintock; and her uncle Major Lee McClintock. She is survived by: her children, Venita Sexton (Howard) of Fairmont, SC and Jason McClintock of Spartanburg, SC; her brother Whit McClintock (Clara) of Wellford, SC; and her grandchildren, Cherie Sexton of Fairmont, SC, Alicia Sexton of Fairmont, SC and Christopher Sexton (Nurit) of Taylors, SC.
Viewing was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Sullivan Bros. Mortuary Inc. (927 E Poinsett St, Greer, SC 29651). Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
