He was predeceased by: his parents, Ina Myree Huggins (DeGross) and Emanuel Alden Huggins; his daughters, Ashley Huggins and Sara Marie Huggins; and his brother David Huggins.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Huggins (Large); his sons, Daniel Huggins of Wellford, SC and Michael Huggins of Wellford, SC; and his sisters, Sue Howard of Greer, SC, Rose Cannon of Wellford, SC and Sharon Taylor of Pennsylvania.
