She was predeceased by: her father Jimmie York; and her grandparents, Daniel "Teet", Stella Lawson Jennings, Isaac Andrew and Willie Myrtle Carpenter York.
She is survived by: her mother Susan Jennings York of Barren Springs, VA; her son Scott; her daughter-in-law Wanda Gertin of Shreveport, LA; her son Joshua Gertin; her daughter-in-law Maria Burgos of Wedgefield, SC; her daughter Tabitha Gertin of Wedgefield, SC; her grandchildren, Isaiah Scott, Viktor Burgos and Selena Burgos; her sister Crystal; her brother-in-law Franklin Cregger of Pulaski, VA; and her nephews, Julian Cregger and Nicholas Cregger. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
