He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Richard and Violet Jane Starr (Leavens); his sister Marion Ann "Sue" Stiffler; and his nephew Tommy Stiffler. He is survived by: his wife Terri Starr (Ramage); his children, Andrew Starr (Ashlynn), Stanley Topick (Lisa), Jody Topick (Jamie) and Jason Topick (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Thomas, Aubrey Starr, Addison, Jaxson Topick, Maddie, Christian McKee and Samantha Topick; his great grandchildren, Alexia, Dakota and Harlo Johnson; and his siblings, Ernest Richard Starr Jr. (Kathy) and Kathleen James (Joe).
