It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vonda K. Nelson of Waterloo, South Carolina, who passed away on January 20, 2025, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kanova Wright and George Davis. She is survived by: her husband Wade Nelson of Waterloo, SC; her children, Robert "Robbie" Clark (Brittany) of Waterloo, SC, Michael Nelson of Waterloo, SC and Alishia D. Clark of Laurens, SC; her grandchildren, Damarcus "DJ" Wright (Lilly) of Clinton, SC, Blakelynn Clark of Waterloo, SC, Braxton Clark of Waterloo, SC and Zaiden Hollingworth of Clinton, SC; her great grandchild Brynliegh Wright of Clinton, SC; her sister Jamie D. Masters (Danny) of Fountain Inn, SC; and her stepfather Steve Wright of Clinton, SC.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Shady Grove Presbyterian Church (3751 Shady Grove Church Rd, Clinton, SC 29325). Visitation was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
