Patsy Looper Chabra Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Looper Chabra (Waterloo, South Carolina), born in Pickens, South Carolina, who passed away on January 5, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ernest Looper, Sr. and Addie Traynham Culbertson; and her brother William Ernest Looper, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Linda Van Gieson (David) of Mauldin and Joe Chabra (Kim) of Waterloo; her grandchildren, Nicole Kazmarski (Sheldon) of Waterloo, Mae Phelps (Jordan) of Dalton, GA and Larz Anthony (Chas) of Williamston; her great grandchildren, Rowen Kazmarski, Vera Kazmarski, Josephine Kazmarski, Sage Phelps, Juna Phelps, Evelyn Joe Anthony and Trace Anthony; and her nephews, Ronnie Looper and Bruce Looper.
