She is survived by: her husband Marion Quinton Tapley; her children, Randy Tapley (Lisa) of Jacksonville, FL, Donna Green (Randy) of Jacksonville Beach, FL and Deborah Whitehead (David) of Advance, NC; and her siblings, Lee Major (Barbara) and Lynn Patsolic (Mike). She is also survived by her nine grandchild and five great-grandchildren.
