It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathy Bergeon of Waterloo, South Carolina, born in Greenwood, South Carolina, who passed away on June 12, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Daniel Attaway, Sr.; her parents, Marshall James and Roxie Juanita Smith Cobb; and her sister Lila Dow. She is survived by: her children, Ronald Locklear of Forrest City, NC, Danny Attaway (Matt) of Hodges, Pam Noffz (Michael) of Bradley and Angie Boiter (Steve) of Waterloo; and her siblings, Jack Cobb of Hodges, James Cobb of Virginia, Martha Hyde (Billy) of Hodges, Maureen Murray (Cleave) of Ninety-Six, Ruby Erskine of Greenwood and Dale Schuch (Jim) of Starr. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
