He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kennedy and Ellen Welch Kennedy; and his daughter Terrie Couch. He is survived by: his son Roger Kennedy of Anderson; his siblings, Roy Kennedy of Greenwood, George Kennedy of West Columbia, SC and Ann Alexander of Greenwood; and his grandchildren, Paige Bailey (Brent) of Washington, GA and Chase Ramsey of Griffin, GA. He is also survived by six great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
