With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Doris Davis Weathers of Waterloo, South Carolina, born in Honea Path, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 9, 2024 at the age of 90. She was predeceased by: her parents, J. B. Davis, Sr. and Lois Hughes Davis; her son Danny Lee Weathers; her grandson Michael Weathers; and her sisters, Etrulia Walker, Katherine Redd and Betty Whitlock.

She is survived by: her children, Rita Dukes (Joe) of Hodges and Gail Rumfelt (Mark) of Waterloo; her daughter-in-law Denise Weathers of Waterloo; her grandchildren, Wendy Nix (James), Lauren Finley (Nicole) and Lindsey Randall (Joseph); and her siblings, Shelby Woodrome (Charles) of Honea Path, Donnie Davis (Peggy) of Anderson and J. B. Davis, Jr. (Molly) of Honea Path. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
