David Hildebrand Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Hildebrand of Waterloo, South Carolina, who passed away on May 4, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though David may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those David touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Fritjof and Lilly Lucille Hildebrand; and his sister Kathryn Gamsby. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, step-children and grandchildren.
