He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Elma Fehr Dillard; his parents, John Ernest and Emma Lou Hooks Dillard; his sons, Jeffrey David Dillard (Lauren), Robert John Dillard (Lisa) of Greenwood and Charles Anthony Dillard of Portland, OR; his grandchildren, Kathleen Crowder (J. C.), Rylee Dillard, Grant Dillard, Christopher Mullinax (Ashley), Bradley Mullinax (Kelsey), Caleb Dillard and Hannah Dillard; and his great grandchildren, Benjamin Luke Crowder, Braden Kosmos, Jace Mullinax and Houston Mullinax.
