He was predeceased by: his father Billy G. Fullbright of Clinton; and his brother Donnie Tippins of Texas. He is survived by: his children, Hannah Tippins Brill (Tyler) of Aynor, SC and Gordon Tippins of Waterloo; his brother Chris Tippins of Clinton; his children, Matt Bartley, Brayden Gibbs, Caleb Baumgardener, Noah Taylor, Hunter Tippins, Riley Freeman, Heather Pugh and Ciara Wyatt; and his pets, Belle, Hardee, Zeus and Buster.

Memorials may be made to any mental health organization or to Laurens County Humane Society, 793 Poplar Street, Clinton, SC 29325.
