He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent William Fred Wilhelm; his grandparent Master Sargent Joseph Cheek; his mother Nancy Gayle Pecor of North Augusta, SC; his sister Lucinda Rose Bickley of Wilmington, NC; his brother-in-law Ethan Allen Bickley of Wilmington, NC; and his grandmother Nancy Cheek Long of North Augusta.
