She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence Napier; and her parents, Rev. Peniel and Lillian Jones Collins. She is survived by: her sons, Ronnie Duncan (Evie) and Robbie Duncan (Pennye); her grandchildren, Keri Biddle (Jeff), Kristen McCollum (Jason), Seth Duncan and Brooke Meyer (Nolan); her great grandchildren, Cameron Biddle, Jake Biddle, Blake McCollum, Macee McCollum and Emerson Meyer; and her niece Maria Palmer.
Due to the extraordinary circumstances surrounding the Covid-19 Pandemic, the family is requesting that everyone attending the funeral please wear a facial covering and social distance.
