He was predeceased by: his parents, Olin H. Hasty and Evelyn Hall Hasty; his siblings, Hallman Hasty and Linda Hasty Allen; his son Mark; and his grandson Stephen.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Hasty; his children, Scott (Tammy), Susan Schaeffer (Lenny), Jeff (Tara) and Grant (Gina); and his daughter-in-law Lisa. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
