He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas G. Holt and Sandra Lee Meserve. He is survived by: his wife Freda Grover Holt; his children, Eric Holt (Danielle) and Katie Holt (Jeff Moore); and his brother James Michael Holt. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; many band brothers.
