He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry "Bill" Wheat and Diane Smith Wheat Arrington; his daughter Codie Dawn Wheat; his brother Jeff Wheat; and his grandparents, Mercer, Lucille Smith, Harry D. and Louise Wheat.
He is survived by: his siblings, Renae Enlow (Richie) and Travis "Tookey" Wheat; his nieces and nephews, Heath Wheat, Logan Wheat, Derek Enlow (Taylor), Karter Wheat, Katelyn Wheat Hadden (Bryan), Morgan Enlow Roberts (Colby) and Kylee Wheat; and his sister-in-law Kim Wheat (Jeff).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hatcher Funeral Home & Cremation Service (3464 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Graniteville, SC 29829). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens (2648 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Graniteville, SC 29829).
