He was predeceased by: his son Claude "Keith" Head; his parents, John "Dellon" Head and Annie Head; and his siblings, Edith Wilson, Clyde Head, Gene Head and Ray Head.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Head; his son Timothy Head (Cindy); his brother Ellis Head (Gail); his stepgrandsons, R. Wesley Brown (Ashley) and Kenneth Brown; and his great grandchildren, Madison Brown, Trista Brown, Kenli Brown, Easton Brown and Blakely Brown.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be sent to Warrenville Revival Center Building Fund in Warrenville, SC.
