He is survived by: his wife Sandra Williams Powell; his children, Joshua Prescott, Robin Bledsoe, Angel Powell and Melissa Daniels; his grandchildren, Cody Prescott, Tyler Prescott, Abby Prescott, Aubrey Kate Bledsoe and Alissa Tarrant; his great grandchildren, Cash Prescott and D. J. Tarrant; and his brother Chris Williams.
