It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Parcell of Warrenville, South Carolina, who passed away on December 30, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Hazel Parcell to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Pinckney Mitchell and Dorothy Youngblood Mitchell; her spouse Terry Todd Parcell; her sister Dorothy Juliee Mitchell; her granddaughter Tiffany Wilson; her siblings, Shelby Jennings, Frankie Mitchell and George Ray Mitchell; and also Joseph Daniel Gaskins.

She is survived by: her children, Barbara Gaskins of Aiken, SC, Kimberly Gaskins Meek (Douglas) of Beech Island, SC, Angela Gaskins Hunt (David Todd) of Aiken, SC, Tricia Parcell, Jaydean "Dean" Gaskins, Sr. (Kimberly Shelley) of Aiken, SC, James Daniel "Puit" Gaskins (Vicky) of Aiken and Sheldon Parcell (Lisa); her grandchildren, Sandy Gaskins, Rebecca Snider (Clayton), Joseph Meek (Breannah), Madison Meek, Jason C. Waller, McKenzie Gaskins, T. J. Hunt, Jaydean Gaskins, Jr. (Jessica), Jesup D. Gaskins, Jami D. Gaskins, Jace D. Gaskins, Matthew Zeigler, Susan Rasband, Caroline Rasband and Grace Rasband; and her sisters, Patricia Pounds of Salina, KS and Bobbie Killen of Salina, KS. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Elizabeth Nottingham wrote a sympathy message

“Your Mother was such a sweet woman. She loved the Lord and she loved her children and grandchildren. Her face would light up every time she spoke about all of you. She spoke of little else when I saw her. It was only a short time that I was honored to help care for her but it was always such a sweet time.
