He was predeceased by: his wife Faith Griswold Swearingen; his parents, William D. Swearingen and Lillie Mae Penwell Swearingen; and his sister Janell. He is survived by: his granddaughter Kenleigh Reece; his child Paige Bayne (Jason); his grandchild Mykah Bayne; his sisters, Della Mae Hurt (Charles) and Rachel Baxley (Larry); and his extended family, Sheryl Reames, Kellie Reames and Marlee Rae. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
