With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Proctor (Warrenville, South Carolina), who passed away on November 11, 2019 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jonas Cleo Proctor and Irene Burnette Proctor. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Sanders Proctor; his son Richard Cecil Proctor; his daughter-in-law Dawn Proctor; and his grandchildren, Kelsey Anne Proctor, Rachel P. McHann (Jordan), Rebekah P. Courson (Evan), Jessie Robinson and Jeffrey Tyler Wood.
