He was predeceased by: his father William C. Hopper. He is survived by: his mother Connie J. Hopper (Rawlins); and his siblings, Gary Hopper, Timothy Hopper (Diane), Pamela Chisholm, Theresa Parks and Rebecca Young. He is also survived by thirteen nieces and nephews; and many great nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made in his honor to the Children's Hospital of Augusta Georgia.
