He was predeceased by: his parents, William James and Gladys K. Wells Todd; and his siblings, William Carter Todd, Juanita Alewine (James R.) and Kathryn Rose (Jim).
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Keedy Todd; his brothers, Keith L. Todd (Anne) of Abbeville and Donald R. Todd (Elaine) of Greenwood; and his sister-in-law Betty N. Todd of Abbeville.
