She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde H. Evans; her parents, Berry Telford and Lucille Reece Bolt; and her sons, Cary and Charles Culbertson.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, David of Ware Shoals, Danny Evans of Ware Shoals, Lisa Phillips of Ware Shoals and Roxanne Peters of Honea Path; and her grandchildren, Brooks Culbertson, White, Cindy Young, Christi Culbertson, Chad Culbertson and Tucker Culbertson.
