With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Maurine Emerson Davis of Ware Shoals, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 18, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Roy Davis; her parents, Willie Calvin "Killdee" and Margaret Grace Martin Emerson; and her siblings, Willie C. Emerson, Jr., Bobby Eugene Emerson, JoAnn Clamp, Joyce Adams and Gayle Horne.
She is survived by: her children, Phillip Roy Davis (Tammy) of Ware Shoals, Kent Emerson Davis (Teresa) of Hodges and Cynthia Maurine Davis of Ware Shoals; her sister Sue Armstrong of Simpsonville; her grandchildren, Ashley Faye Henderson (Heath), Kayla Ann Bowen (Kent), Kaitlin Shae Davis (Latham), Tai Nguyen (Melissa) and Mai Garvin (Josh); her great grandchildren, Kase Bowen, Kaylee Bowen, Madilyn Jo Zahn, Will Nguyen, Haden Nguyen, Jordan Lovett, Max Garvin, Stella Garvin, Annie Garvin and Laila Garvin; and her niece Anna Pitts.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cemetery Oakbrook Memorial Park Cemetery (30 S Greenwood Ave, Ware Shoals, SC 29692).
