Leon Hughes Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 16, 2022, at the age of 93, Leon Hughes of Ware Shoals, South Carolina, born in Donalds, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynor Carlton and Elsie Burton Hughes; his daughter Susan Carol Hughes; his son-in-law Leo Arsenault; and his brothers, Fred and Ralph Hughes.
He is survived by: his children, Toni Hughes Arsenault of Ware Shoals, Joel Hughes of Ware Shoals and Sherree Hughes Wills (Mike) of Greenwood; and his grandchildren, Steve Arsenault (Marti), Susan Smith (Donnie), Shannon Burgoyne (Robert), Matthew Hughes (Heather), Joshua Wills (Heather), Lisa Wright (Steven) and Kelly Advani (Aman). He is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
