He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Noland and Bessie Collins Roe; and his siblings, Frances P. O'Dell, Pearl Muegee and Ira Puckett.
He is survived by: his children, Russell Noland, Deborah Madden of Waterloo and Robin Seigler (Steve) of Edgefield; his grandchildren, Michelle Fricks, Travis Madden, Noland Seigler, Erin Seigler and Dalton Madden; and his great grandchildren, Jaden Fricks, Faith Fricks and Trey Madden.
