It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Burroughs of Ware Shoals, South Carolina, born in Anderson, South Carolina, who passed away on July 13, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James H. Burroughs; her parents, Robert William and Frances Lufkin Osborne; her children, James R. Burroughs and Marie White; and her brother Leroy Osborne.
She is survived by: her daughters, Beverly Helen Bumgardner of Ware Shoals and Donna B. Gragg (Jim) of Roebuck; and her siblings, Robert A. Osborne of Ware Shoals and Ruby Wideman of Ninety-Six. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers memorials should be made to Spartanburg Regional Hospice, 686 Jeff Davis Drive, Spartanburg, SC 29303 or to the Humane Society of one's choice.
