He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Susan Elaine Saxon Cooper; his parents, Frank Moore, Sr. and Ada Henderson Cooper; his daughters, Cayla Quinn (Cody) of Ware Shoals and Cristi Hawkins of Waterloo; his sisters, Gail Smith of Waterloo and Karen LaRoche of Waterloo; his grandchildren, Lacey Hawkins, Amber Hawkins, Jacob Baldwin, Colby Quinn, Brady Quinn and Cayleigh Quinn; and his great grandchild Ryder Trotter.
