He was predeceased by: his wife Deborah "Debbie" Jean Branyon Hudgens; his parents, Albert Hudgens and Irene Harris Hudgens; and his grandson Tucker Cole Gillis. He is survived by: his children, Will Hudgens (Jill) of Hodges, Nathan Hudgens of Ware Shoals, Lance Hudgens (Lindsey Davis) of Ware Shoals and Anna Beth Gillis (Johnny) of Ware Shoals; his grandchildren, Christian, Mollie Kate, Benjamin, Audrey, Tori, Zack and Emmy; and his mother-in-law Betty W. Branyon of Ware Shoals.
