He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jennifer Diane Cox Hammond of Camak Avenue; his mother Tammy Hammond McCombs; his children, Nathan Brown of Ware Shoals, Alisha Brown of Ware Shoals, Belle Hammond of Ware Shoals and MacKenzie Hammond of Ware Shoals; his siblings, Randy Hammond of Ware Shoals, Bill Gleaton, Jr. of Ware Shoals, Christopher Gleaton of Laurens, Joseph Gleaton (Brandy) of Ninety Six and Jennifer Nettles of Greenwood; his granddaughter Lyla Alford; his parents-in-law, Vernon, Kim Cox, Anthony and Diane Smith; his grandmother Compton Hammond; and his uncle James Hammond.
