He is survived by: his wife Betty McCormick Hall Rodgers; his children, Sherry Jean Rodgers Kirkland, William "Billy" Rodgers (Kim), Retha Rena Hall Koon and Janet Lee Hall Straw (Mike); and his siblings, Homer Rodgers, Coriame Bailey, Teresa Taylor and Mimie Hall. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
