With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty June Green Rodgers (Ward, South Carolina), who passed away on April 20, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Green and Virginia Foster Green; her spouse Prevo "Pete" Bunyon Rodgers; her daughter Darlene Merchant; and her sisters, Judy Metcalf and Gladys Silva.
She is survived by: her children, Prevo Rodgers, Jr. (Lisa) of Saluda, Jason Rodgers of Johnston, Mark Stone, Donna Blackston of Lexington and Debra Hunter of Ninety Six; and her siblings, Joseph Murphy of Greenfield, John Murphy of Greenfield, Clarence Foster, Martha Sumner of Coeur, Barbara Chandler of Auburn, IL and Janice Macleay of Turner Falls, Mass. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
