He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Matthew Kelly and Mamie Lou Black Kelly; his grandmother Anna Black; his wife Mary Louise Kelly; his daughter Angelette Kelly; and his siblings, Theodore John Kelly, Jackie Matthew Kelly, Robert Lee Kelly, James Lindsey Kelly, Sr. and Wilma Kelly Manigo.
He is survived by: his brother-in-law Jerry D. Parks of Walterboro. He is also survived by six children; numerous grandchildren; and great-grandchildren; two sisters, caregiver.
A public viewing will be held Sunday, December 27, 2020 at Stephens-Maree-Tracy Funeral Home Chapel of Serenity from 5:00 p. m. - 7:00 p. m. (THOSE ATTENDING GRAVESIDE SERVICE ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A FACIAL MASK, AND SOCIAL DISTANCING WILL BE ENFORCED.).
