He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Winn and Eunice Ginn Winn; his former wives, Mae Ginn Winn and Norma Yarley Warren Winn; and his grandson Walter Winn.
He is survived by: his children, Wilbur Winn (Dawn) of Brunson, Kent Winn (Belinda) of Varnville, Aron Winn (Teri) of Varnville, Roger Winn (Lisa) of Varnville and Bernadette Deloach (Eddie) of Brunson; and his siblings, Henry Winn of Beaufort, Charlie Winn of Hampton and Voncil Cook of Cummings.
