She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas W. Simmons; her parents, Shelby Greer and Ellen Rutherford Greer; her daughter Vivian Stone; and her siblings, Hershel Carl Greer and Sylvia Ann Patton.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Skipper, Bryant, Angela and Toni Moore; and her sisters, Thelma Gabbard and Freda Pike. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Parker-Rhoden Funeral Home (117 Paul St, Walterboro, SC 29488). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at the Fox Cemetery (2771 Wesley Grove Rd, Cottageville, SC 29435).
