He is survived by: his spouse Alice Charpia Padgett Maybin; his children, Christopher "Sonny" Padgett (Anne) of Smoaks, Gwen Padgett Bunton (Terry) of Walterboro, Norma Padgett Hall of Columbia and Dell Padgett Murdaugh (Michael) of Smoaks; his grandchildren, Russ Padgett (Stephanie, Jamie Bunton), Ryan Bunton (Amy, Ian Padgett), Justin Patrick (Jenna, Kayla Murdaugh), Kristen Murdaugh, Caroline Patrick and Keel Murdaugh; and his brother Glenn Oliver Maybin of Penrose. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
