He is survived by: his parents, Vernon Rhone, Sr. and Vera Youngblood Rhone Cooper; his close friend Sharon Canty; his daughter Quienna Broughton; his grandchildren, Quadir, Nah-sir, Christienna and Synai; his daughter Kendra Rhone; his brothers, Caprest Rhone (Deborah) and Haywood Cooper (Christy); and his aunts, Mae Francis Williams, Earnestine Cochran and Deola Johnson. He is also survived by other cousins and relatives and many, many friends.
