He was predeceased by: his father Henry Hubert Chambers; and his grandparents, William, Margaret Chambers, David E. Bailey, Sr. and Maggie W. Bailey.
He is survived by: his mother Patsy Bailey Chambers; his sisters, Cheryl Pinillos (Richard) and Donna Chambers Brown; his nephews, Michael Risher (Brandi), Derek Seigler (Cassandra), Richard Pinillos (Katherine) and Nicholas Pinillos (Andrea); and his friends, Chris Bailey and Danny Rae Coe.
