He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben Leonard McJunkin and Molly Leona Howell McJunkin; and his siblings, Louis McJunkin, Lloyd McJunkin, Allene McJunkin Garrett and Lucille McJunkin.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Holden McJunkin of Walterboro; his children, Gwendolyn McJunkin Parnell (Ira) of Irmo, Jeffrey Lamar McJunkin (Portia) of Timmonsville, Cynthia McJunkin Cochran (Michael) of Conway, Randal Thomas McJunkin (Donna) of Irmo and Jean McJunkin Nettles (Dennis) of Walterboro; his sisters, Gladys McJunkin Gillispie of Easley and Clara McJunkin Crowe of Anderson; and his grandchildren, Ira B. Parnell (Michelle), Thomas Parnell (Ande), Janie Parnell McNair (Matt), Benjamin McJunkin (Ellisa), Christopher McJunkin (Rebecca), Christiana Cochran Neal (Aaron), James Cochran, Randal T. McJunkin, Tech Sergeant Adam McJunkin and Dennis Billy Nettles, Jr.. He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
In consideration of the extraordinary circumstances associated with the Coronavirus, the funeral service for Tom will be held privately at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 2 o'clock, Friday afternoon, May 22, 2020 with Police Honors.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial contributions be directed in his memory to: Peniel Baptist Church, 37 Forks Road, Islandton, South Carolina 29929.
