She was predeceased by: her parents, Nancy Evans Langdale and Edward Donald Langdale. She is survived by: her husband David J. Long; her daughters, Kelly L. Banks (Michael) and Lauren Long; her grandchildren, Kayla, Justin, River Banks and Autumn Jennings; her brothers, Gary (Lisa) and Brent Langdale (Christi); and her parents-in-law, Gene and Kathie Whetsell. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins aunts, uncles and extended family.
The family will receive friends after the service until 8:00, and in lieu of flowers, they request that memorials be made in Tammy's memory to the charity of one's choice.
